End-to-End Processing Under One Unified Roof

Our factory is located at Plot No. 78, Coastal Highway, Gwadar City. The facility has been custom-developed to handle the full fish meal production cycle — from raw fish intake to cooking, pressing, drying, grinding, and packing — under one roof.

Our production team strictly enforces standard operating procedures (SOPs) at each stage to protect heat-sensitive protein and amino acid chains, minimize bacteriological contamination risks, and preserve the marine freshness that our customers rely on.

Raw Receiving & Sorting

Dedicated receiving bay ensuring only fresh, firm catch enters cooking.

Steam Cooking Lines

Twin-screw pressing and steam lines to extract oil and moisture efficiently.

Mechanical & Sun-Drying

Dual drying capability to maintain product consistency across all seasons.

Grinding & Sieving

Precision hammer mills for a uniform, lump-free, market-ready texture.

50 KG Bagging Stations

Weighing and stitching lines for accurate, tamper-evident polypropylene packing.

On-Site Storage Warehouse

Ventilated, pest-controlled dry warehouse supporting large bulk orders.

Process Control

The 7-Stage Production Flow

Gwadar Fish Meal follows an established, quality-controlled process to convert fresh raw fish into stable, high-protein fish meal.

Raw Material Intake Fishing Boats
01

Raw Material Intake

Fresh pelagic fish and selective fish by-catch are received daily from local artisanal and commercial fishing vessels operating along the Gwadar coast. Immediate inspection eliminates spoiled or degraded catch prior to unloading.

Controlled Steam Cooking
02

Controlled Steam Cooking

Raw material is conveyed into continuous steam cookers operating under strictly monitored thermal curves. This coagulates and stabilizes proteins, inactivates endogenous enzymes and microorganisms, and prepares tissues for oil and moisture separation.

Heavy Screw Pressing
03

Heavy Mechanical Pressing

Cooked material passes through robust twin-screw mechanical presses. The press liquor (containing water and valuable fish oils) is squeezed out, yielding a concentrated solid press cake with optimal crude protein density.

Controlled Temperature Drying
04

Controlled Safe-Moisture Drying

The pressed cake is dried down to a safe, stable moisture level (consistently below 10%) using controlled indirect steam heating and specialized sun-drying yards. This inhibits mold growth and oxidative degradation during lengthy sea journeys.

Grinding and Sieving Hammer Mills
05

Fine Grinding & Particle Sieving

Dried material is milled through high-speed hammer pulverizers and classified over vibrating mesh sieves to eliminate bones, sand residues, or oversized pieces — ensuring smooth blending in automated feed extruders.

Quality Testing Laboratory
06

Batch-Wise Laboratory Quality Testing

Representative samples from each production lot are analyzed in-house for Crude Protein (Kjeldahl), Moisture, Fat content, Total Ash, and Salt (NaCl). Only batches meeting exact specifications receive quality approval.

Tamper Evident Bagging and Storage
07

Tamper-Evident Bagging & Storage

Approved meal is weighed into durable 50 kg woven polypropylene (PP) bags, machine-stitched, batch-labeled, and neatly stacked on wooden pallets in our elevated dry warehouse until shipment dispatch.

Uncompromising Protocols

Quality Assurance & Food Safety

Quality control is embedded in every single stage of our operation, from the moment raw marine catch arrives at our factory to the moment finished bags are loaded for dispatch.

Our in-house analytical checks verify crude protein, moisture, fat/oil, total ash, and salt (NaCl) testing, accompanied by thorough organoleptic visual and aroma inspection to confirm natural ocean freshness.

1. Batch-Wise Sampling & Testing

Systematic sampling protocol testing every lot prior to packaging approval.

2. Hygienic Handling & Processing

Food-grade processing hygiene standards that minimize foreign contamination.

3. Controlled Drying

Strict moisture ceilings (<10%) prevent mold proliferation and guarantee shelf stability.

4. Proper Dry Storage Conditions

Ventilated pallet storage shields bags against humidity, sun, and rodents.

5. Certificates of Analysis (CoA)

Formal analytical certificates provided transparently with every commercial shipment.

In-House Quality Control Laboratory Testing

In-House Analytical Laboratory

Trained quality chemists run quantitative Kjeldahl determinations and gravimetric analysis on every single batch before release.

"Quality You Can Trust, Protein You Can Rely On."

Delivering consistent nutritional integrity to feed producers across Pakistan and overseas.
